libbudgie-plugin0 software package provides Plugin library for budgie-desktop, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbudgie-plugin0
libbudgie-plugin0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbudgie-plugin0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbudgie-plugin0 *
You will get with libbudgie-plugin0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
